Water is the source of all life. For children living in third world countries, access to clean drinking water is vital for their health and development.

 

In 2012, Rev. Elena Delgado visited a primary school for orphans in Kenya which had no running and drinkable water for students  and staff. She saw the great need for easier access to  clean water at the school and in the children’s homes. She found a solution to this problem—the Sawyer SP180 Water Filter System.

 

Together with a group of friends in Western New York, Elena established Water=Life in 2013. Since its creation, Water=Life has delivered hundreds of portable filters to communities in Kenya, Haiti and Uganda. Water=Life continues to bring attention to the pressing need for access to clean water for children and their families. We invite you to join us.
